What is Russian manicure?

It is a nail preparation and beautification technique that stands out for its high precision.

It consists of arranging the natural nail using sander bits of various sizes in order to provide very rigorous and careful work.

The tools allow you to sculpt the contour of the nail and therefore push back the cuticles, dry skin and ridges that surround the nail.

Russian manicure allows you to enhance your nails and optimize the application of false nails and varnish. However, it requires valuable know-how and extreme precision.

The Russian manicure adapts perfectly to the application of false nails and semi-permanent varnish. In fact, as the cuticles are pushed back, the gel is spread over the entire surface of the nail evenly. This helps slow down the “regrowth” effect and optimizes the duration of the manicure.

Everything is based on unstoppable mastery, perfect hygiene, and practically medical technique.

What is the difference between gel and semi-permanent varnish?

What is frost ?

Gel is a technique used to create manicures. The advantage of this technique is that it allows you to lengthen the nail infinitely. It is not really a varnish unlike semi-permanent.

The gel is installed using templates which support the construction gel to give the shape and size you want.

In addition, the gel helps strengthen the nails. It is therefore perfect for weakened nails and for people who bite their nails. The gel lasts for approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Thanks to a gel application, you will obtain a flawless manicure.

To remember:

  • The gel viscosity is thicker than VSP,

  • Gel nail application is more resistant,

  • Applying gel nails allows for a longer application,

  • The result of applying gel nails will be a little thicker, but if filing allows for a more natural result

  • Creating a "bomber" is necessary on the nail,

  • To remove the gel, sanding is essential.

What is semi-permanent varnish?

Semi-permanent varnish is much closer to a classic varnish than gel. It applies as easily as a simple varnish but each layer of semi-permanent must be catalyzed under a UV-LED lamp.

It provides great shine and coverage to the nail for a perfect manicure.

The advantage of a semi-permanent varnish compared to a classic varnish is that it lasts up to 3 weeks on average without chipping.

To remember :

  • Applied, the result will therefore be finer,

  • The flexibility and texture of VSP does not impose a curve on the nail,

  • You should know that the Semi-Permanent Nail Polish is a flexible gel, it adapts to the movement of the natural nail,

  • Elongation at the VSP is strongly discouraged, if it is carried out, it must be done at the templates, and maximum 2 mm,

  • For the removal of the VSP, the removal is done using the specific product based on acetone, it is a gentle and effective way to remove the installation, it is even possible that the customer can do it herself -even.
